We kindly ask you to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the contact form on our website for any complaints, and we will resolve any justified complaints by replacing the disputed product with a new one or by reimbursing the full amount you paid.
The warranty period is 6 months from the day of receiving the product, subject to compliance with the recommended maintenance guidelines.
